The Donor acknowledges that the donation made is for fund raising for The Leila Rose Foundation, that The Leila Rose Foundation does not promise or warrant the performance of the Horse Club, the performance of the individual horses and/or the continuity of the Horse Club. The Donor acknowledges that the donation does not bestow upon the Donor any actual ownership rights in the horses in the Horse Club or any financial benefits. The Donor acknowledges that the donation is not tax deductible under Australian Tax Legislation.
